Talent attraction: how do we get more talent to the region? And how do we keep them here?

Svein Sørensen, CEO at Talented

14.55– 15.10:
Talent development: how do we go about filling the talent gap ourselves. Long term we need more tech students. But that is not done in a day. Is there a short term solution?

Tale Skjølsvik, Vice Dean at Oslo Metropolitan University

15.10 – 15.25:
Smart investments: scaleups need funding. But how do you secure the right investors that let you invest time in developing your company, without the fear of having to loose power of your company to secure growth?

Thomas Wrede-Holm, Investment Director at Investinor

15.25 – 15.40:
Scaleup growth pains: finding and developing talent can be a pain. But how do you retain talent, develop a strong company culture while going from a few to many employees? And how do you make sure your team is strong enough to hold through this growth stage?

15.40 – 15.55:
